At the moment we have two classes in Fulwell, one on Monday and one on Thursday (addresses below).

The most difficult thing to do in Karate is to get up off the sofa and go to the club ... the rest is easy!

So, the best thing to do is just come in to the nearest venue and have a talk with the Instructor and students.

Maybe, even watch a session to see what is involved.

Best of all, join in!

The minimum starting age is 5yrs. There is no maximum starting age.
